About this game

★ Winner of Google Play Indie Games Festival 2016 ★

ORBIT is a gravity simulator at the heart of a puzzle game. Launch planets with a flick of your finger, and try to get them into stable orbits around black holes.

Can you make enough orbits to progress to the next level?

New: ORBIT now features a Sandbox (premium) where you can create your own levels! Control time, disable collisions, and paint with gravity. Publish your creations to the world for everyone to play.

• 45 free levels, with new mechanics are introduced over time — like repulsive black holes and planets with their own gravity that attract each other
• Play community-created levels — virtually limitless content made by other players, all completely free
• Launch as many planets as you like, and watch the mesmerizing orbital mechanics unfold
• Planets leave colored traces, so that at the end of a level you will have created a beautiful piece of art
• See the future trajectory of a planet before you launch it
• Play in an environment of smooth, minimalist graphics while listening to relaxing classical piano

I would only call this a "game" in a lose sense, and I mean that as a positive. It's more like playing around with tinker toys or play dough; relaxing, but not mindless, fun. As others have mentioned, levels dont end when you "beat" them; you can continue playing as long as you like. The music is perfect, and the ads are almost non existent. If you are looking for a challenge, this probably isn't my first recommendation. But if you are looking for low-stress fun, give it a download.

I didn't think I would like the app, honestly, when I first got it. I thought it was like those other app games that look nice for a while but in 2 days delete off your phone. This is NOT that. It's really fun to play and beat the levels. After every level I appreciate the idea that you can just play with the planets and gravity all by yourself. Overall, I just love the game.

This game is a very good time killer and watching the planets orbit was very entertaining. A minor gripe I have with it is that the white background is a little hard on my eyes and I would love a dark mode. And there seems to be a bug where doing an achievement lets you skip the level. The developer is a very nice individual who made a very fun game and I suggest you download it.
